About our Staff
Carol Ray-Holmes, CEO, has been in the administrative and
training business for over 20 years. She designs her own
training materials and provides exceptional training skills. She
was awarded congressional recognition for her community
work with youth-at-risk. She is a Microsoft Office Master
Instructor and is certified as a Microsoft Office Master, she also
holds MCAS, MCAS Instructor and MCP certifications. Carol's
expertise is also demonstrated in a community newspaper,
Houston Sun Newspaper, where she writes a column for their
Technology Notebook.
Shannon Johnson, Director of Operations, has over ten years
experience in office procedures. She is proficient in creating
contracts for construction companies and has excellent skills in
Microsoft Office, which includes certification from Microsoft
(MCAS) and Brainbench in Word 2007 and Excel 2007.
